Our entry-level coaching package designed for athletes who want a structured, evidence-based training program they can take and run with independently. You'll receive a professionally built program tailored to you, with everything you need to train with purpose from day one.


HOW IT WORKS

You'll begin with an online consultation to discuss your goals, training history, and current level.

From there, your coach will build a personalised 12-week training program tailored specifically to you.

All exercises include demonstrations and coaching cues through our app so you always know exactly what to do and how to do it.

Once your program is delivered, it's yours to get to work with.

SILVER COACHING

Our mid-tier coaching package for athletes who want more than just a program, you'll have a coach actively supporting your progress, keeping you accountable, and adjusting your training as you develop. All the structure of a personalised program with ongoing guidance built in.


HOW IT WORKS

You'll start with an online consultation and initial performance assessment to set your baseline and establish clear targets.

Your coach will then build a personalised training program broken into 4-week phases. Throughout the program, your coach will check in with you weekly, monitor your progress, and make adjustments where needed.

The program finishes with a final performance assessment so you can see exactly how far you've come.

Our highest-level coaching package for athletes who want the complete experience with full personalisation, hands-on support, and in-person sessions built into the process. This is for athletes who are serious about their development and want a coach with them every step of the way.


HOW IT WORKS

You'll begin with an online consultation and initial performance assessment to establish your baseline and set clear, measurable targets.

From there, your coach will build a fully personalised 16-week training program broken into 4-week phases. At the start of every phase, you'll complete a 1:1 personal training session with your coach to review technique, assess progress, and refine the plan going forward.

Your coach will check in with you weekly throughout the entire program. It finishes with a final performance assessment to measure your results and highlight your improvement.
