HOW IT WORKS

Begin with a 15-minute online consultation to define your goals and training direction.

From there, your coach will design your personalised training program within 7 days, tailored specifically to you.

Once we deliver your program, you’ll begin structured training with ongoing support and progress tracking all via our own app.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 4-week contract commitment

  • Must be 14 years or older
