Our highest-level coaching service designed for clients who want real structure, real accountability, and real results. This is fully personalised coaching with testing, phased programming, and hands-on support throughout the entire process.
HOW IT WORKS
You’ll begin with an initial consultation and performance testing to assess your current level and set clear targets.
From there, your coach will build a personalised 16-week training plan broken into 4-week phases.
At the start of every phase, you’ll complete a 1:1 personal training session to review technique, progress, and adjust the plan.
The program finishes with final testing to measure your improvement and results.
